The Bible Club at Goddard is open to all, so please invite guests and copy this newsletter for them. Please check the Dateline announcement for any last minute changes (these changes would most likely be in building or room, NOT day. Coming this month:

September 14th
The Institute for Creation Research has a goal of "Equipping, Training, and Strengthening Believers to Take God at His Word". Mr. Mike Riddle is a keynote speaker with ICR and an instructor at their graduate school. His topic today "The Origin of Life" will include: The history of evolutionary thought, man's attempts to create life, primordial soup and science, the second law of thermodynamics, and DNA-information and complexity. Resources will be available for a donation, before and after the session .

September 21st
After 40 years of intense study and worldwide ministry, Dr. Francis A. Schaeffer completed his innovative analysis of the past "How should we then live". Dr. Schaeffer has called the era of Luther, Calvin, and Erasmus' Greek New Testament "The Reformation" and does a comparison to the renaissance on video.

September 28th
Every cell, every nerve, every bone in your body points unmistakably towards the Master Craftsman who created us all. In the video today by Moody Science, we will travel through the Human Brain, trace the responses of the nervous system, and see footage taken inside a beating heart to understand why it is not simply your biology that makes you "Distinctively Human".

 

 

"God, who made the world and everything in it, since He is Lord of heaven and earth, does not dwell in temples made with hands. Nor is He worshiped with men's hands, as though He needed anything, since He gives to all life, breath, and all things.
