The Bible Club at Goddard is open to all, so please invite guests and copy this newsletter for them. November 1st
Dr. Steven Austin earned a Ph.D. in Geology from Pennsylvania State University. He is best known for his research of Mt. St. Helens and the Grand Canyon. In the video today, Dr. Austin will be discussing "Radio Isotopes and the Age of the Earth" using data from the red wall limestone of the Grand Canyon and archeological sites in Jordan.

November 8th
Dr. D. James Kennedy of Coral Ridge Ministries in Ft. Lauderdale, FL invites you to meet the real Thomas Jefferson. In the video, you will find that there was not a "Jefferson Bible", but a paper the 3rd president called a "System of Ethics" based on the works of Jesus. He will also address what he calls the battle over the Supreme Court and States: What the courts do, lives on for decades.

November 15th
A tiny plane is lost in the clouds. The struggling pilot banks a turn to escape the dense cloud cover. His senses deceive him, telling him the plane has stopped turning, so he turns harder. But the nose drops, speed picks up, and suddenly he's caught in a downward spiral. A graveyard spin. The video: "Signposts Aloft" will show us how man's senses can be fooled in flight. You'll see experiments that dramatically illustrate the problems pilots and astronauts face.

November 22nd
"Neanderthals, Australopithecines, and The Origin of Humans" will be discussed in the video today, presented by Mike Riddle. Mr. Riddle will also address "Ramidus", natural selection, and mutations. He will give an analysis and an evaluation of these studies.

November 29th
Dr. D. James Kennedy of Coral Ridge Ministries in Ft. Lauderdale, FL will cover in today's video what he calls "The New Tolerance". He talks about the post modern age that we are in today: Bear with those that you don't agree with, but hold their views with equal value as yours. There are no moral absolutes; therefore, don't judge, don't hurt feelings, but keep in mind a person and their beliefs/actions cannot be separated.

President's Notes:
Due to one objection about the Bible Club's inclusion in Dateline giving a few details about the topic that will be discussed at our weekly meetings, we may not be able to continue using Dateline as a way to communicate to the Center employees. As I write this, there is an appeal in progress. Please pray for the Lord's will to be done!
